Hey everybody.
This week at DTS is very exciting. We are studying Destiny in Christ. The speaker is a lady named Gwen (I can't spell or pronounce her last name so I won't try). It's really exciting to learn what God's dreams for your life are. Especially because He's usually put the desires in our hearts already.
Tonight we have a special session by our very own Dr. Carey Gear about HIV/AIDS. He is on our DTS staff and is leading the outreach to Zambia with this school. I am looking forward to learning more so that we can teach it when we get to Africa.
I have a little cold right now, but it's not getting me down. I napped for about two hours this afternoon on the lawn. I also took the shuttle into the store after class and bought some kleenex and halls.
Well, I need to go make a Lei for Dr. Carey because he's speaking tonight. We honor each speaker that comes with a Lei, and it's part of my work duty to make them.

Feel better soon! How nice that you are in a location where it is warm enough to take naps on a lawn :) We would just get sicker doing that here. I hope that this is a week of great encouragement for you, because I know that God dreams such big and amazing things for you sweet girl. Yeah for work duties where you get to be creative! Mine was to create the school's scrapbook during my DTS. I love your guts and I'll talk to you soon. Your always in my thoughts and prayers!
