= Kona is five hours behind EST (Eastern Standard Time in Ontario)
So if it is 6pm in Ontario it will be 1pm in Kona.
If you are Cathy V. in Australia I'm really confused but I think you are GMT +8 making you 18 hours ahead of me which means for most of my days will be your tomorrows.
